Security also depends on your access

A temporary code or an open session gives access to your space according to the associated permissions. Keep your email accessible, do not share your code, and close sessions you no longer use.

Sign in with a temporary code

Ma Tatie uses passwordless sign-in: a temporary code, also called an OTP, is sent to the account email address. The security page presents this mechanism.

Let the server control every access

For a private page, the server checks the session, the role, the steps already completed on the account, and the right to access the requested resource.

The Privacy page states that sessions can be revoked. It also notes that details about childcare arrangements, children, addresses and messages are not intended for public display.

Review the profile’s specific controls

The terms and conditions state that the profile list provides an exhaustive list of the controls actually carried out. Each label concerns a specific element of the account.

Identify what remains outside public display

Visitors do not see full addresses, contact details, detailed information about children, or submitted documents.

Put security in the context of the complete journey

The guide Checks, security and payments brings together the main reference points. The guide Paying for childcare: card and fees separately details the financial journey.
