Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment. Until Ma Tatie displays “Payment confirmed.”, do not consider the payment complete.

Calculate the two fees separately

The Ma Tatie estimator applies a 10% Parent fee to the base price and a 10% Tatie fee to that same base price.

  • Parent total: base price plus 10%.
  • Tatie amount: base price minus 10%.

Add your card without leaving Ma Tatie

Enter your card details in the form within Ma Tatie. Once the card is saved, you can see its brand, last four digits and expiry date, without displaying the full card number.

The Privacy page reminds you that financial data is not intended for public display.

What should you do when a message appears?

  • “Payment confirmed.”: the payment is complete and Ma Tatie takes you back to the care arrangement.
  • “Bank confirmation is required. Complete the card payment.”: follow your bank’s instructions to complete the payment.
  • “The payment is being confirmed.”: wait for the result and do not start another payment while confirmation is in progress.
  • “The payment did not complete. You can retry.”: you can make another attempt from Ma Tatie.

Check the result in Ma Tatie

After completing the verification requested by your bank, check the result displayed in Ma Tatie. Only the message “Payment confirmed.” tells you that the payment is complete.

The Terms and Conditions remind you that payments follow the rules displayed in the application and the status of the relevant care arrangement.
