Ideas for outdoor games and activities with your Tatie
Ideas for outdoor activities suitable for children, with simple guidelines for choosing a safe location and equipment.

An outdoor activity must take into account the children’s ages, the weather, the location and the instructions given by the parent. The babysitter remains attentive to movement and the agreed-upon limits.
Adapted ball games
Choose a soft ball and an area away from traffic. Passing between two people, navigating between markers or shooting at a target are easier to adapt than an elimination game. Keep the rules short; they can change according to age.
Colour hunt
Suggest spotting colours, shapes or textures without picking plants or touching an unknown item. In a public place, the group stays within a defined, visible area.
Observational drawing
With paper and pencils, everyone draws a tree, a building or a detail of the landscape. This activity is also suitable for a quiet break.
Simple course
Create a route using large, stable markers: walk to a tree, go around a bench, return to the starting point. Avoid hard or slippery obstacles, or those near a road or body of water.
Useful precautions
Check the rules of the location, sun protection, access to water and known allergies. Keep small objects out of reach of young children. Health authorities remind people to supervise children during play and follow age warnings: consult the official recommendations.
