During this conversation, you can ask them for their opinion of the babysitter and their childcare experience with her.

Feedback to gather

Ask the families whether they were satisfied with the childcare and whether they encountered any problems with the babysitter.

Also ask whether the babysitter had to deal with unexpected situations and whether she managed them successfully. These conversations can reassure you.
